This was one of the most complicated and intensive courses I have ever taken. However, the trainer's approach and knowledge—as well as the way he conveyed the information—were absolutely outstanding. It is clear that this subject is something he is genuinely interested in and passionate about, and he communicates it with ease. Fantastic, through and in depth course; well structured and delivered. Learning aids were great and of high production quality. The learner Dashboard is a great touch in guiding you through everything from the lead up to the course, including what to expect through the post, the course itself and all mock exam/e-learner material. Refreshments and lunch being included throughout the week was an additional bonus. Keith has a perfect balance of professionalism and humor to keep you engaged but not overwhelmed. Would recommend this course to anyone looking to develop professionally in the Dangerous Goods transport field and wouldn't hesitate booking onto any other DGSA Academy courses.

Had the best experience with DGSA Academy. Keith is beyond helpful, and offers pretty much 24/7 support. Anything i needed he would help out and always picked up the phone no matter what time it was or what it was about. He made the material super easy to understand and take in and really made the exam prep a breeze. I felt very confident and prepared going into the exam thanks to Keith's great advice and teaching :) Would recommend DGSA academy to anyone wanting to gain their DGSA qualification.

If you want to learn how to be a DGSA, this is the place to do it. I attended the online course and found it to be challenging but also fun. As far as e-learning goes, this is certainly the best I have come across. I would have no hesitation recommending the DGSA Academy to anyone wishing to obtain their DGSA certification.

After searching finally I selected DGSA Academy for my DGSA classroom course. I had keen interest in DG as well as tutor Keith Gray was exceptionally good delivering the knowledge and sharing all the experience in regards with DG. I attended the DGSA re-qual course. Keith is an excellent friendly instructor, he also gave really good tips to navigate the books for the exam. There are lots of resources as well to look at on your own dashboard out of the class, mock exam days and support the day before the exam. Whether you are brand new to Dangerous Goods or re- qualifying then Keith is your man, and I highly recommend the DGSA academy. Thank you x 🙂

I attended DGSA Academy as had to re-sit All Classes and Road exams (I previously went with another provider). Keith provided an excellent and well-rounded course including plenty of support, lectures, work books, exam questions, recapping sessions and advice. The central Coventry venue location was excellent as well. Additional online days were also provided for timed mock exams which was an invaluable tool in helping to set you up for the actual exams. I passed both exams well!) I will recommend to my team and will return in 5-years time!

Well what can I say this was a fantastic course from start to finish it was one of the best online courses I have taken Keith who presented the course really in in his stuff out set out the training and revision very well as well as the course material which was provided and also two rulers which I will always keep with me open over and the course was a very good week difficult times but I can say hand on heart Keith is a great instructor the course is very well set out if there was any more causes of that he or the DGSA Academy did I would be happy to attend.

The course was very comprehensive. As my first attempt at qualifying as a DGSA I was not sure what to expect but I found the content and the help with mock papers excellent. Thoroughly recommend this course.

Keith has taken a dry subject and tricky exam and made it understandable, logical and easier to tackle.
Keith's guidance notes and referencing guides were useful in the exam. Previous training I had was good from a knowledge point of view but lacking in exam craft!

Keith's online class setup and subject support via his website, videos and supplied quality paperwork are a great set of tools to prepare and help tackle the DGSA exams. It is not just the information on navigating the ADR books, but the insight in why you are navigating using key points from the questions and scenarios posed.

This is an excellent DGSA course and Keith is an amazing teacher, extremely knowledgeable and with real world experience to give you the extra tips that you can't get everywhere. I feel like we covered everything needed and at a pace that was not overwhelming. Keith really has thought of everything and goes the extra mile to help you along the way. First class in every respect. Look no further if you are searching for a DGSA course. Expectations were exceeded from start to finish. The course materials were brilliant, the structure of the sessions delivered by Keith was concise and engaging with real world examples used and a perfect balance of information and group discussion to cement learning. Not only did we get 5 days of training, there was also a pre-course online introduction to ADR, 2 days of revision workshops and a final half day to clear up any final points. The venue in Coventry was very smart with a cracking lunch every day too. I could not have been better prepared and passed the exams first time.

The best and most thorough DGSA course that I have been on and with this being my 5th DGSA revalidation I have used a few different training providers over the years! I took the online course and the delivery was brilliant, engaging and kept us all interested throughout and coupled with the excellent course material, revision essential skills and the two mock exam days I felt very well prepared for the exams - and it all paid off because I passed. Highly Recommend DGSA Academy. Course materials supplied were brilliant. Keith is by far one of the best trainers I have ever worked with. Highly knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Although there was a lot of information to take in on the course and learning how to use the ADR manuals, this was broken down nicely and the course had a nice flow to it.

Keith provides a well laid out and engaging course. I was dubious about the "online classroom" method of learning but found this worked really well, allowing me to study without having to be away from home for a week. The course material and handbook were particularly useful, giving you the opportunity to practice exam questions and to go back over sections in your own time. The mock exams gave you a good idea of what to expect coming in to the real thing. Keith was on hand to discuss any questions and provide support in the lead up to the exams, and again when I had questions post exam. Would highly recommend.

***Highly Recommended*** Keith's training methods are engaging and without any added pressure on feeling the need to speak during the courses, while it is encouraged, no one is put on the spot, making for a comfortable learning experience. I cannot recommend enough, from the communication, the platform for initial preparation for the DGSA course, the food and hosting during the classroom course, the extensive amount of knowledge that Keith gives, all just above expectations. Keith was flawless throughout, offered support constantly and was always there day or night to help and encourage.
